- Pro-Rata Refunds: Beyond the initial 14-day period, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, subscribers to our yearly plan may be eligible for a pro-rata refund in exceptional circumstances. - Non-Renewal: To avoid automatic renewal, cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription within your account or contact us to cancel it for you.
Leads Marketplace
- Refund for Lead Purchases: All sales of leads from the Leads Marketplace are final. We ensure the quality and relevance of the leads provided; however, we understand that there might be exceptional cases. Refunds for purchased leads will be considered only if the lead information is proven incorrect or outdated. In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of the purchase date for a review.
- Replacement Policy: At our discretion, we may offer a replacement lead or a store credit instead of a refund if a purchased lead does not meet the expected criteria or the information provided is inaccurate.

- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team via our Contact page. Please include your purchase details and the reason for the refund request.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days and can take up to 14 additional business days to appear in your original payment method.
